Biography

Dennis A. Meloro is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Delaware office. For over twenty years, he has handled virtually every type of matter in Delaware’s Bankruptcy Courts, including representing debtors, prepetition secured and DIP lenders, unsecured creditors’ committees, asset purchasers, litigation parties, and other parties in all aspects of chapter 11 cases. His practice often focuses on litigation matters, including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation as well as a broad range of contested matters. Dennis utilizes his intimate understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and Delaware bankruptcy practice, coupled with frequent court appearances, to provide invaluable insight to clients as both lead and co-counsel.
