Dennis A. Pomo

Dennis Pomo has practiced in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, representing injured plaintiffs for the past thirty years. In his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. POMO has achieved millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. His cases include Jury and Bench Trials, Arbitrations, and hearings involving workers compensation and social security. Mr. POMO graduated from LaSalle University in 1982 with B.S. degrees in Finance and Management. After graduating from Seton Hall University Law School, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 1986. Thereafter he has devoted his career to the representation of injured claimants. Mr. Pomo’s typical clients are injured in accidents involving automobiles, buses, motorcycles, slip and falls, stores, parking lots, sidewalks and ice and snow. They are workers as well as the disabled seeking benefits from insurance policies and from social security. They are also victims of professional negligence in hospitals and nursing homes. Most recently he has achieved lucrative settlements for a seriously injured boy with brain injuries and skull fractures, who was struck by a car while riding his bicycle; and a secretary standing at a bus stop, who sustained a complex knee fracture, when a pedestrian tripped in the roadway and struck her legs.
