Biography

Dennis K. Egan is a Shareholder practicing in Kotz Sangster's Detroit office. Mr. Egan is a graduate of University of Michigan School of Law and Northern Michigan University.

Mr. Egan's practice is focused on commercial litigation and arbitration, with subspecialties in complex federal litigation, class action defense work, trade secrets and unfair competition, and representation of securities broker/dealers, futures commission merchants and their registered representatives in court, arbitration forums and in enforcement proceedings. He has successfully represented clients in matters across the country, including New York, Arizona, California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas and Kentucky. He is a regular speaker at the Midwest Securities Institute and has served on the faculty at arbitrator training sessions for the National Association of Securities Dealers.
