With members of his own family being disabled and at one point, being unable to obtain the help they needed to secure benefits, Mr. Evans brings a unique perspective to our law firm and provides compassionate and comprehensive legal services to his clients. Mr. Evans studied Business Administration and Human Resource Management at California State University in Sacramento.
