Dennis is professional and congenial. I have interacted with him on a commercial business transaction involving the sale of business assets. He was professional (the documents were well drafted), and we were able to negotiate the transaction with give and take that benefited both of our clients. I also dealt with him recently on a more contentious real estate matter, and I found him to be fair and reasonable. Read less
