Biography

Derek M. Brondou is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and the Managing Attorney of the Buffalo office and White Plains office. He is a member of the firm’s Insurance Law and Litigation Group and Toxic Tort Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, general liability, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and product liability, with a particular emphasis in toxic tort law. Representative industries include retail, construction, transportation, and manufacturing. Mr. Brondou is actively involved in all phases of the defense of litigation on behalf of product manufacturers, suppliers, contracting companies, and premises owners involved in asbestos litigation.
