Biography

Derek Dzwonkowski focuses his practice on labor and employment law, casualty, and education law. He advises public and private employers on human resources issues, policy development and review, and in all phases of contracting, including negotiation and drafting. Derek defends against claims involving personal injury, breach of contract, defamation, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and more in both state and federal court. He also represents clients against union grievances and unfair labor practices in arbitration and before the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission.
