Biography

For the past 15 years, Mr. Franseen has dedicated his practice to serving those injured or wronged by others. Focusing on Bad Faith Insurance, where insurance companies failed to treat their insured fairly, and injury cases involving trucking accidents, defective products and medical malpractice.
