Derek Scott Cervoni

Derek S. Cervoni graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Cervoni is an attorney with over 25 years of advocacy experience representing clients before the Social Security Administration (SSA). Mr. Cervoni enjoys helping people, and is a trusted advocate.

Mr. Cervoni has assisted hundreds of clients with mental and physical disabilities at all stages of the Social Security disability application process. He files the Initial Application and handles the appeals.

The hallmark of our practice is customer service. Mr. Cervoni works with his clients to apply for benefits and extensively reviews and submits relevant materials to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to achieve the best possible outcome.

He advocates for his clients at in-person hearings before the ALJ, presenting both written evidence and oral testimony. Mr. Cervoni has the ability to simplify a complicated process and make applying for benefits easier and less stressful for the clients he serves.
