Biography

Derek Waldron has practiced personal injury law since 2002, beginning his career immediately after graduating from UC Irvine. He represents injured individuals and families, managing cases from initial investigation through negotiation and settlement. His experience spans motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death matters, dog bites, and slip-and-fall claims, among other injury cases.
