Biography

Devin Topper focuses his practice in the areas of casualty and trucking litigation. He defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/ pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions, and represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims.

Prior to attending law school, Devin worked as a claims examiner where he conducted coverage and liability investigations for complex motor vehicle accidents involving catastrophic injuries.
