Biography

Devon Bryant’s practice focuses primarily on structured finance, corporate finance and asset securitization. She represents banks and financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions, including capital markets bond issuances, project and infrastructure finance transactions, as well as secured and unsecured senior and subordinate loan financing and second-lien financing transactions.

Devon has worked with a diverse range of clients from industries such as energy, transportation, and real estate, and has wide-ranging experience in representing issuers, originators, borrowers, administrative agents, corporate trustees, servicers, and a host of other service providers.

In her representation of global investment banking and securities firms, banks, and other financial institutions, Devon has developed knowledge of numerous structures and asset classes, including domestic and cross-border securitizations of credit cards, royalty payments, student loans and automobile receivables, consumer and small business marketplace lending, residential and commercial mortgages, and specialty receivables.
