Biography

Diana Bunin Kolev, Esq., is a member of the DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP Land Use and Zoning practice group.

Ms. Kolev represents real estate owners, developers, businesses, and not-for-profit enterprises in all aspects of real estate development. She is well-versed in land use applications and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, and handles appeals of municipal decisions and land use litigation. She also counsels not-for-profit organizations with respect to real property issues, and litigates real estate and commercial disputes in state and federal court.

Ms. Kolev is a long-time member of the Westchester County Bar Association, former Board member, and current Co-Chair of the Environmental Law Committee and Women in the Law Committee. She is also a member of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University Board of Visitors.
