Diana Cupps, Esq., is a dedicated advocate with a diverse background in the military, healthcare, and law. She began her career as a U.S. Army soldier, serving in Germany and the U.S. as a medical laboratory technician. Following her honorable discharge, she earned an associate degree from Central Texas College and a nursing degree from the University of Arkansas. For six years, Diana worked as an emergency room nurse, gaining certifications in Trauma Nursing, Pediatric and Adult Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, and earning the title of Certified Emergency Nurse. Her medical background gives her a unique advantage in handling medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases.

Diana earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Diana has participated in the Oklahoma Bar Association's Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute as well as the American Bar Association Annual Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute, gaining valuable training and experience that she uses in the courtroom. Diana is a volunteer mediator for the Oklahoma Supreme Court Early Settlement Mediation program for Tulsa County and is one of the few Spanish speaking mediators available. Diana is an active member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and has served as the Chairperson for the Alternative Dispute Resolution section, Co-Chair of the Bench & Bar Committee, and is an active participant in the Tulsa Family Law section.

Fluent in Spanish and bringing strong leadership and advocacy skills from her military and medical careers, Diana Cupps, Esq., provides compassionate and effective legal representation to her clients in complex family law, medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
