Biography

Over the past nineteen years, Diana has devoted her practice to matrimonial, divorce and family law, and continues to do so. She is a certified Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She is also frequently appointed to serve as a divorce and family law mediator, parenting coordinator, and guardian ad litem. These special appointments are made by Diana's peers and judges throughout the State.

Diana also serves as an Arbitrator of family law matters for attorneys throughout the state. She is also collaboratively trained.

Diana works with clients in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce litigation, mediation and arbitration, custody and parenting time issues, alimony and child support, property settlement agreements, domestic violence, and palimony. She has significant experience handling complex divorce matters involving forensic valuations and high net worth individuals. Diana takes great pride and care in helping her clients make it through these difficult matters.

Diana has a wide array of experience representing individuals from all fields, including but not limited to: business owners, executives, financial service providers, lawyers, physicians, police officers, and teachers — as well as the spouses of individuals in those fields.
