Biography

Diego Ochoa is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.

Diego earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He then attended Santa Clara University School of Law and graduated in 2025. During law school, Diego gained significant practical experience through two consecutive summer clerkships in the Labor & Employment department at Mullen & Henzell. This experience provided him with hands-on exposure to complex employment issues and civil litigation.

A native of Santa Barbara, Diego is dedicated to serving the local community where he was born and raised. He works with clients on a wide array of employment law matters, including wage and hour litigation, union negotiations, mediations, and other civil disputes.

In his personal time, Diego enjoys baseball, golf, board games, and participating in local trivia competitions.
