Diem Ha is an Associate Attorney at SSJ and licensed to represent clients throughout California

Ms. Ha graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to law school, Ms. Ha worked for the federal government in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. During law school, she served as the Managing Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulane Environmental Law Journal, where her work has been published. While in law school, Ms. Ha externed for Catholic Charities and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Additionally, she spent her summer interning for the California Department of Justice in Los Angeles, and Bohm Law Group.

Prior to joining SSJ, Ms. Ha continued working for Bohm Law Group after law school, where she worked closely with of-counsel V. James DeSimone on employment law and police misconduct cases and continued to sharpen her legal researching and writing skills. Ms. Ha has a strong commitment to serving her clients through advocacy, including but not limited to, motion writing and researching complex issue areas.

In her spare time, Ms. Ha enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with her family and puppy, Meeko.
