Biography



Dimitri Maisonet received his Bachelor of Science Degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo SUNY. He received his law degree from the George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. Mr. Maisonet, a former trial and appellate prosecutor with the Bronx District Attorney's Office, is experienced in all stages of criminal cases, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings. He also practices in all phases of matrimonial and family law, including uncontested and contested divorces, child support, custody, visitation, and orders of protection actions.

Mr. Maisonet is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Federal Bar for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), and New York City Bar Association (NYCBA).
