Biography

Dionisios Georgatos obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Law from Hofstra University and his Juris Doctor Hofstra University School of Law. Shortly after graduating law school he joined a prominent Manhattan firm where he represented clients who were injured as a result of exposure to toxic materials following the 9/11 attacks. Here he gained valuable experience navigating the complex world of Workers’ Compensation and personal injury.

Following the successful settlement of the 9/11 mass tort cases he focused his practice exclusively on representing injured workers. Mr. Georgatos has represented thousands of Union workers, city employees, municipal employees, home health aides, corrections officers, drivers and people in many more professions. Mr. Georgatos has spoken at union events and municipal employee meetings educating workers on their rights.
