Biography

Dominic LaFauci is an associate in the Casualty Department and a member of the Catastrophic Claims team. He handles a diverse array of general liability matters, including product liability, motor vehicle accidents (with a focus on trucking and transportation), premises liability, and construction-related injuries. Dominic has led cases through all litigation phases, managing discovery, motion practice, and conducting both fact and expert witness depositions. He has represented a broad spectrum of clients throughout his career in insurance defense.

Before joining Marshall Dennehey, Dominic worked extensively on personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, rideshare litigation, trucking disputes, property damage claims, and workers’ compensation defense.

Dominic earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2014 and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University (2011). He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and lives with his family in Berwyn, PA.
