Biography

Dom joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2010. He has a civil litigation practice and tries cases in Oregon state and federal courts. Dom also represents clients in administrative hearings at the state and local level.


Dom earned his J.D. in 2004 from the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating near the top of his class with Order of the Coif honors. During 2003-2004, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation.


A native of Streamwood, Illinois, Dom earned his bachelor's degree, with honors, from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. For seven years, he served the Tampa Bay boating community by providing maritime rescue services as a boat captain and instructor for Eckerd College Search and Rescue, a nationally recognized SAR team.


Dom's hobbies include cooking, running, and fretting about the Oregon Ducks and Chicago Cubs. However, Dom enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife, Ashley, and his three young children Cole, Cora, and Eliana.
