Biography

Dominique A. Romano has over a decade of experience in litigation and handles the defense of large exposure matters. A dedicated advocate known for her exceptional representation of both municipal and non-municipal clients in complex litigation matters. Dominique’s practice focuses on premises, construction, and general liability cases, where she consistently delivers outstanding results.

Dominique served as an NJ judicial clerk and is an accomplished litigator specializing in the defense of New York Labor Law claims on behalf of owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and their agents. Dominique has been selected by her peers as Marquis Who’s Who in America 2023 and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America 2026 for her specialty in Construction Law.

Dominique focuses on investigation at the inception of a matter and has obtained her OSHA 30-hour credentials to better serve her clients on active construction sites. She handles the defense of large exposure personal injury and complex construction cases by focusing on the initial investigation through resolution and supervising an investigation team.

In her free time, Dominique volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, where she facilitates family stability, equity, and justice for children, youth, and families referred by the family courts.
