Biography

Don P. Gallo is a distinguished environmental attorney with over 35 years of legal experience and more than 50 years specializing in environmental engineering. Mr. Gallo advises clients across a comprehensive spectrum of environmental matters, including wetland and waterway permitting, air permitting, hazardous waste compliance, remediation cost cap insurance coverage, and transactional due diligence. He has a proven track record of assisting owners and developers with brownfield development projects and has successfully secured state and federal brownfield grants, zero-interest loans, and insurance coverage for environmental remediation. His experience further extends to managing hundreds of petroleum site cleanups, overseeing 78 dry-cleaner solvent remediations, and facilitating numerous industrial cleanups and regulatory compliance matters.

Mr. Gallo is actively involved in the community, serving in leadership and advisory roles for various organizations, including the Clean Water Association for Lake Country, Tall Pines Conservancy, Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful/Greening Milwaukee, and several business and environmental committees in Wisconsin.
