Biography

Attorney Don P. Moyer, a native of Warwick, RI, has been practicing family law in Rhode Island for over 20 years. Don graduated from the first class of Roger Williams School of Law and founded Moyer Law, PC shortly after. He has dedicated his legal career exclusively to the practice of family law, assisting clients in cases involving divorce, child custody, alimony, and other family matters. He has found success both in and out of the courtroom through trials and settlements. Don is admitted to the Rhode Island Bar, the U.S. District Court District of Rhode Island, and the Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court. He is also a member of the Rhode Island Family Court Inns of Court. Don previously served in the U.S. army and uses that experience to assist military service members with divorce and other family issues.
