Mr. Nogowski has extensive experience in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, successfully assisting both private companies and municipalities in the process of remediating contaminated properties, and then redeveloping these “brownfield” sites.
Mr. Nogowski has successfully representing owners and operators of contaminated sites in matters such as site remediation requirements, maximizing available public resources in support of remediation, successfully addressing claims regarding “responsible party” liability, and associated litigation.
Mr. Nogowski also provides strategic counsel on post-remediation brownfield redevelopment – returning contaminated properties to successful use, and also returning these properties to a municipality’s tax rolls.
Mr. Nogowski’s Environmental Law practice also includes resolving complex disputes concerning Tidelands Claims, Green Acres restrictions, and related public project condemnation matters.
