Donald C. Cofsky

Mr. Cofsky's areas of concentration are three-fold: trial work, including personal injury and commercial litigation, real estate / business, and family formation, including adoptions and assisted reproduction law. He is also an experienced trial attorney having participated in many arbitration proceedings as well as jury trials. Mr. Cofsky obtained an $8 million jury verdict in a well-publicized case, one of the largest in South Jersey. He also represents public entities in construction litigation and represents families in contested adoption matters.

Mr. Cofsky is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, and has received A and V ratings by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for both ability and ethics.
