Biography

As one of Robinson & Henry’s attorneys during its nascent stages, Managing Partner Donald Eby was instrumental in the firm’s transformation. Don's service in the United States Navy equipped him with the leadership skills necessary to oversee the firm’s expansion from one office in Castle Rock to eight along Colorado’s Front Range.

Don’s practice focuses on civil litigation and real estate law. An experienced adviser, Don leads clients through high-stakes cases, including breach of contract, Homeowner Association (HOA) litigation, property boundary disputes, real estate transactions, business partnership dissolution and termination, and real estate broker or license issues
