Donald L. Kohl

A highly experienced lawyer, Attorney Donald L. Kohl has earned the respect of the Missouri legal community and beyond. As witness to that, he was elected Judge of the St. Peters Municipal Court in 1985 and continues to serve in this position today. He is also the Prosecuting Attorney of St. Charles City and was previously the city’s Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.

Among his extensive current work, Attorney Kohl is most committed to helping his clients at Shea Kohl Law. His casework includes personal injury, car accidents, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, commercial litigation, nursing home negligence, and premises liability, such as slip-and-fall accidents.

Attorney Kohl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Housing and Human Environments from the University of Missouri, and a Doctor of Law Degree from the Washington University School of Law. He is a member of the St. Charles County and Illinois State Bar Associations, the Missouri Bar, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.

When not working as a lawyer, he volunteers for organizations such as the St. Charles County Road Board (of which he was Chairman) and Habitat for Humanity in St. Charles County (of which he was a Board Member).
