Don is an excellent trial lawyer who is currently completing his Presidency of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Not bad for a guy who lives and also practices in Vancouver, Wa. Granted, Vancouver is only 10 miles from downtown Portland, Oregon and separated by the Columbia River, but Don's original focus was on the Washington side and he was also elected to the Washington State Trial Lawyer's Association Board of Governors. He's also tried many, many case to juries, more than most!
