I have known Don for over 20 years. I served on the state Supreme Court during the years he served as a key player as a state representative. I have observed his work as the General Counsel to the Missouri house of representatives. Don is the expert on the Missouri legislative process. I know he has also served as a muncipal judge in his hometown of Blue Springs, and had a general practice of law.
