Biography

Dorice Rose Voecks is a Partner in the firm's Tampa office. Her primary practice areas include construction, country club, condominium and homeowners’ association law, premises liability and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Voecks was born in Winter Park, FL just outside of Orlando. During undergrad at the University of Central Florida, she served as the special events chair for Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. In law school at the University of Florida, Ms. Voecks, served as the special events chair for the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, for which she received a scholarship and was an active member in the James C. Adkins American Inn of Court.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Voecks was a prosecutor for the 9th Judicial Circuit and the 13th Judicial Circuit where she first-chaired dozens of jury trials. She is an avid sports fan and loves to cheer on the Tampa Bay Lightning, UCF Knights, Florida Gators and Indianapolis Colts.
