Dorothy Zhou is a tax Associate. Dorothy previously spent seven years practicing as a solicitor and in-house counsel in Hong Kong and China, where she advised on capital markets, cross-border investments, and business transactions. Dorothy obtained her LLM from UBC and Juris Doctor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
