Legal Experience

Mr. Walla has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer, handling construction defect, professional liability, premises liability, product defect, trucking/automotive and oil field claims, as well as contract and commercial claims. Mr. Walla is a native Houstonian, but is a former resident of the Rio Grande Valley and has handled and tried numerous cases in Hidalgo, Cameron, Starr, Nueces, Webb and other South Texas counties, as well in the Houston area. Mr. Walla has also handled numerous appeals in the 1st, 4th and 14th Court of appeals, as well as the Fifth circuit court of Appeals.
