Biography

Douglas P. Manson brings over 30 years of experience representing both private sector and governmental clients in water, environmental, administrative, and governmental law. Recognized as one of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and holding an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Doug is esteemed for his unique legal skills and professionalism. He regularly represents public supply, industry, business, and agricultural clients, guiding them through the complexities of regulatory authorization, compliance, and enforcement.
