Douglas R. Weider has over 30 years of litigation experience with a focus on technology related disputes including patent litigation, trade secret litigation, and post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). A former Bell Labs engineer, Doug’s litigation experiences have included a wide range of technologies including computer systems, content delivery networks, database design, wireless networks, electronic devices, and pharmaceuticals. He has tried dozens of cases before courts, arbitration panels, and the PTAB.

Lead counsel for plaintiff in a patent infringement case alleging infringement of 4 patents covering electronic messaging.; Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. V. Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Lead counsel for Glenmark in an 8-day trial before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in a contract dispute regarding the development and commercialization of a pharmaceutical product.
