Education
After graduating from Washington State University, I pursued
my law degree at the University of Oregon.
Experience
Following my law school graduation in 2000, I established my
own law practice before joining the ranks of the Spokane County Prosecutor's
Office.
Throughout my tenure at the prosecutor's office, I rose to
the position of felony prosecutor, handling a diverse range of cases, including
those involving Organized Crime, Stolen Vehicles, and Human Trafficking. From
2009 to 2011, I served as the designated prosecutor for the Spokane County Auto
Theft Task Force. I have litigated close to one hundred cases that have gone to
jury trial, some of which gained significant attention. Recognized as one of
the top prosecutors in Eastern Washington, I transitioned into private
practice. Since then, I have accumulated substantial experience in family law,
particularly in litigation involving child custody disputes and complex
asset/business valuation matters. In addition to the numerous cases I handled
as a prosecutor, I have successfully represented hundreds of clients in family
law matters over the course of my career.
