Biography

Mr. Green joins Mastagni Holstedt, APC with experience in all facets of litigation. He has represented public entities in prevailing wage and public construction projects, as well as collective bargaining issues for over a decade. He has extensive experience representing public entities in all aspects of labor and employment issues including grievances, collective bargaining and employee discipline.

Mr. Green has negotiated and litigated a wide array of issues on behalf of public entities including construction disputes, performance bond litigation, public bidding and prevailing wage requirements. Mr. Green brings all this expertise to the Workers’ Compensation department of the firm. His focus and mission is to advocate for the rights and benefits of his clients under the growing complexities of Worker’s Compensation laws.

Mr. Green attended McGeorge School of Law and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University.
