Benedikt de Bruyn is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group of GT Restructuring in Germany. He focuses on insolvency administration and advises companies in distressed situations to reorganize their businesses.
His many years of experience in corporate and tax law (admitted as specialist lawyer for tax law) allow him to cover both legal and commercial demands of corporate restructuring.

Before joining GT Restructuring, Benedikt worked as a lawyer in the restructuring team of an international law firm in Munich and was seconded to a law firm in New Zealand.
