Biography

Bjorn Biehl is a Shareholder in the Corporate/M&A practice group. He has experience in advising on national and international M&A and private equity transactions. He focuses particularly on distressed transactions in the context of corporate restructuring and insolvency. He advises both investors and insolvency administrators in this regard. He also advises both national and international clients on all aspects of general corporate law.

Due to his experience, Bjorn Biehl is recognized as a leading advisor in various legal directories. Since 2022, he has been recommended by Legal 500 EMEA for restructuring.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Bjorn Biehl was a partner at McDermott and worked in Munich, London and New York.
