Dr. Burkhard Frisch

Burkhard Frisch is a lawyer in the Public Law Group in Germany specializing in complex infrastructure projects, in particular projects involving the cooperation of public and private entities. He advises in the technology, transportation, security and healthcare areas as well as in the energy sector. Burkhard Frisch focuses on contract, commercial and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on designing and negotiating complex procurement, operating and similar contracts.
