Dr. Edgardo Baez

Mr. Báez is the only attorney at The Law Office of Edgardo R. Baez, Jr. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Báez was a Senior Drill Sergeant in the United States Army and was attached to the 1/501st Airborne Infantry Unit. As a result, Mr. Báez is uniquely qualified to handle criminal law cases and cases that are too tough for other lawyers to handle. Mr. Báez has conducted hundreds of criminal cases, from the pre-trial to pleadings, MTR's and trials. He has obtained hundreds of not guilty for his clients and will continue to fight for the rights of the unfortunate. Under his direction, The Law Offices of Edgardo R. Baez, Jr now focuses on defending those who have been wrongfully accused to better serve our San Antonio community, and Texas in general. Mr. Báez enjoys mentoring people and families. He believes that with God, everything is possible. He is married and has four children and one grandchild. He was a Pastor at Acts Fellowship and has attended the South Western Baptist Theological Seminary. He currently is the Senior Pator at ImPerfect Ministries and serves as a Subject Matter Expert fot the New Hampshire State University on legal issues. He plans to give back to the community by giving free lectures and conferences about marriage, families and other critical issues in today’s society. Him and his wife have formed the “Imperfect” ℠ ministries, along with Gracefully Made in order to help others with spiritual issues.Dr. E.R. Báez was born in the Puerto Rican town of Ponce. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. Apart from being a criminal lawyer, Dr. Báez enjoys guiding individuals and families while believing that everything is possible with God. He is married and has four children and two grandchildren.

E.R. Báez, MDiv, JD, Ph.D., has opened his law offices in an effort to offer more concentrated services where he can be of most help to the community.
