Dr. Elizabeth A. Levine

Dr. Levine, who is also a licensed dentist, graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Concentration in Health Law. A 2012 graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Dental School, she practiced as a general dentist before making the decision to pursue a legal career. She continues to maintain her New Jersey Dental license and uses her experience in the healthcare field to aid other medical professionals.

While in Law School, Dr. Levine spent time as a legal extern at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and as a judicial extern in New Jersey Superior Court to the Honorable Robert Jones. Dr. Levine also served as a student advocate at Seton Hall’s Health Law Clinic where she assisted veterans in disability and healthcare related matters. Additionally, she continued to practice dentist through most of her time at Seton Hall. Prior to graduation, Dr. Levine first joined the Firm as a summer associate. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Dr. Levine’s practice principally focuses on the Firm’s Corporate Transactions, Facility Licensing, and Risk Management practices. She represents providers, group practices, and licensed facilities in both transactional and regulatory matters, including corporate transactions and contracts, and the organization, licensure, acquisition, and sale of healthcare practices and facilities.

Dr. Levine has extensive knowledge of the medical, business, and regulatory aspects of healthcare. Her hands on experience with healthcare related business and insurance matters makes her well suited to understanding the needs and goals of medical professionals.

Dr. Levine lives on a 28-acre horse farm in Millstone, NJ. She is an accomplished equestrian who spends most of her free time working with horses. She has a particular passion for working with off-track thoroughbreds and helping retired racehorses find new careers. Dr. Levine is an avid fan of thoroughbred horseracing and spends many of her vacations traveling to tracks around the country. She has been a member Monmouth Park Racetrack’s Finish Line Welcome Center Staff for many years and rarely misses an opportunity to enjoy the races.
