Biography

Fabian Appadoo is an associate in the M&A/Corporate Practice. He advises international and German clients on private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and all aspects of corporate and transformation law.

Fabian Appadoo has a particular focus on the health care and life sciences sectors, where he supports strategic and financial investors in complex transactions.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Fabian Appadoo worked as an attorney at another leading U.S. law firm in Munich.
