Biography

Lukas is a senior associate in the German Corporate team. He advises international and domestic clients on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and general matters of corporate law. Lukas has represented clients in M&A transactions and financing rounds in the areas of technology and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Lukas worked for other global law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Munich as well as the German Embassy in Madrid.
