Biography

Robert Feind is a senior associate in the M&A/Corporate Practice. He advises international and German clients on private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and all aspects of corporate and transformation law.

Robert has a particular focus on the health care and life sciences sectors, where he supports strategic and financial investors in complex transactions.

With additional qualifications as a Polish lawyer and certified translator for the Polish language, Robert also advises clients on German-Polish cross-border investments and business activities, including market entry strategies in Germany.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Robert worked as an attorney at another leading U.S. law firm in Munich. He completed his legal clerkship at a global law firm in Berlin and at the German Federal Ministry of Finance.
