Biography

Our founder, Dustin Thomas, brings a wealth of experience and deep compassion to every case he handles. While attending law school, he supported a young family on hourly wages and endured the devastating loss of his stepson, who was severely injured in a car accident and passed away just three months before Dustin's graduation in 1998. These experiences gave Dustin a profound understanding of hardship, pain, and resilience—something he brings to every client relationship. After earning his law degree from the University of Mississippi, Dustin worked at two respected law firms and served as an assistant district attorney before founding his own firm in 2009. His hands-on life experience—from blue-collar labor to criminal justice—enables him to connect with people from all walks of life and fiercely advocate for their rights, with insight and empathy few attorneys can match.
