Biography

Dustin P. Keeney is based out of the Miami office of Morgan & Morgan and handles workers' compensation claims in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.

Mr. Keeney was raised in Orlando, Florida. He earned a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of North Florida and graduated summa cum laude in 2009. Subsequently, he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2013. He was an Associate Editor of the esteemed Business Law Journal. During law school he founded a non-profit swim team for underprivileged youth in Newark, New Jersey, which continues to this day.

Mr. Keeney has been rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, the highest rating attainable for legal ability and ethics in the practice of law. Additionally, he is a published author for legal magazines opining on trending topics such as COVID-19.

Prior to joining the Morgan & Morgan team, Mr. Keeney represented employers, municipalities, and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters. Now, Mr. Keeney uses the experience that he obtained representing insurance companies to better assist injured workers in the claims process.
