Dustin T. Wachler

Dustin T. Wachler is an attorney at Wachler & Associates, P.C. Mr. Wachler practices in all areas of healthcare law. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to transactional, regulatory, and Fraud & Abuse matters, including counseling healthcare providers nationwide regarding compliance with the Stark law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Mr. Wachler also represents all types of healthcare providers and suppliers in defense of Medicare, Medicaid and third party payor audits.

Mr. Wachler graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law, which he attended on a Dean's Merit Scholarship. He also attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was named to the school's Dean's List each semester. Mr. Wachler graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a concentration in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining Wachler & Associates, P.C., Mr. Wachler's past experience includes working for the Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago, IL, and also for Wayne County Corporation Counsel in Detroit, MI.

Mr. Wachler is admitted to practice in both the State of Michigan and New York State. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of New York's Health Law Section. He is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association.
