Dylan Robert Francis McGurk: Attorney with Dan Caplis Law

Biography

Dylan R.F. McGurk is a trial lawyer who joined Dan Caplis Law after working for the last ten years in the state of Arizona. However, born and raised in the great state of Colorado, Dylan grew up Alpine Ski Racing where his competitive nature developed. This allowed him the opportunity to race on the same “stage” with such all-time greats such as Lindsey Vonn and compete in the Junior Olympics.

Dylan’s competitive nature coupled with having been in several significant motor vehicle crashes over his lifetime has translated to an unrivaled passion for his work in personal injury. Providing a voice for those who don’t necessarily have one is Dylan’s ultimate motivation.

Dylan’s journey to his career in law began at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO where he graduated on the Dean’s list with his undergraduate degree in Psychology. From there Dylan went on to obtain his law degree in Arizona. His academic achievements are notable, including being selected as an Honor Court Student Defense Counselor, and receiving a CALI Award for earning the highest grade in the class.

Dylan is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and has been named by Super Lawyers as a Southwest Rising Star since 2020. When he’s not at the office or in the courtroom, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and camping or seeing live music.
