Biography

Eashaan Vajpeyi serves as a shareholder and attorney at Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C., concentrating on personal injury litigation and appellate advocacy. A Cedar Falls native and University of Iowa graduate, he was a writer and editor for Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems during law school and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Thad J. Collins of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Upon graduation he joined Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C., and over thirteen years has secured more than $31,000,000 in verdicts and settlements while never losing a verdict on appeal. Mr. Vajpeyi is a Fellow of the invitation-only Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Society of Barristers. He has first-chaired and co-counseled numerous medical and legal malpractice trials in Iowa and South Dakota state courts and obtained a federal product liability verdict exceeding $2.4 million following a zero-dollar pretrial offer. A former president of the Iowa Association for Justice, he remains active in the Cedar Valley Rotary as treasurer and past-president and supports Habitat for Humanity and local domestic violence resource centers.
